Fee Simple acreage shown represents what will
be deeded to new owners. There will, at that time, be a number
of easements that provide for the sharing of a common lane,
which establishes good ingress and egress to all properties.
Other easements will be put in place to give landowners additional
land for their perpetual use and quiet enjoyment. Residents
may not own these additional properties outright, but they
will have exclusive use and control of such property. The
result will be that owners will actually have usable land
areas that differ from that which has been deeded to them.
The table above sets forth the fee simple area deeded to them
with a seperate calculation that sets forth the "usable"
property that they will have control and use of.
