What mortgage financing is available?
Answer:
There's a wide range of programs available
at attractive rates to fit nearly any circumstance. There's
never been a better time to buy and finance a new home than
right now.

Question:
We need to sell our present home first. Can that be
worked out?
Answer:
Yes. That's a common circumstance that we
can accommodate. We'll make the agreement to purchase your
new home contingent upon the sale of your present residence
and set up a schedule that makes the timing both comfortable
and without risk.
Question:
What's the best way to start the process
without risk or obligation?
Answer:
You can reserve your home site with a deposit
of only $500.00. That deposit is fully refundable
and allows for careful selection of your floor plan, custom
changes, final cost totals, mortgage terms, etc. Given interest
rates are lower than any time in recent memory, and the limited
number of home sites at Autumn Ridge, there will never be
a better time than NOW!
