We need to sell our present home first. Can that be worked out?

What's the best way to start the process without risk or obligation?

Answer:
You can reserve your home site with a deposit of only $500.00. That deposit is fully refundable and allows for careful selection of your floor plan, custom changes, final cost totals, mortgage terms, etc. Given interest rates are lower than any time in recent memory, and the limited number of home sites at Autumn Ridge, there will never be a better time than NOW!
